Freshman Experience
North Dakota Junior High State Student Council Conference- Fall 2014
In the Fall of 2014, a group from our freshman ELA class presented a breakout session at the North Dakota Junior High State Student Council Conference on the five traits of leadership. The students then had to create a superhero based on one of the five traits and present their superhero to the rest of the breakout group. Tour of the North Dakota State Penitentiary- Spring 2015 My classmates and I toured the North Dakota State Penitentiary. Many of the students who attended were criminal justice majors, while just a few of us were education majors. It was interesting to see the school rooms and learn about the education system within the corrections facility. |
